1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Jewelry Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn, with all packaging, and proof of purchase included.
• Timeframe: You must initiate the return or exchange within 10 days from the date of receipt. After this period, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
• Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on the size (for rings).

2. Return Process

• Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any required documentation.
• Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, please follow the same procedure as for returns. We will assist you in selecting the best alternative item.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that the refund amount may exclude any original shipping fees (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
• For purchases made through a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit for future use.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you, including shipping fees.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated.

7. Store Credit

• If you choose not to receive a refund, we can offer you a store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be used toward future purchases.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back unless the item is damaged, defective, or an error occurred with the order. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
